We offer purchase mortgages, refinance mortgages, and reverse mortgages. Today’s reverse mortgages have become an integral part of retirement planning. As amazing as it seems, the great majority of people end up securing their mortgage from a total stranger rather than their most trusted advisor. Below is a brief description of each mortgage product available.

Purchase Mortgages

If you are interested in purchasing a new home nothing will give you more “purchasing power” than a pre-approval on your mortgage. We offer Fannie Mae and FHA Loans. We also offer “bank statement loans” for our self-employed clients who may not be able to verify all their income. And of course, we are very proud to offer V.A. loans to our Veterans.

With today’s rates slowly dropping, many of our clients are refinancing for several different purposes: a lower rate, combining their existing first and second mortgages, paying off a credit line or paying off other debts such as auto loans, student loans, and credit cards. Many times, this results in a substantial decrease in monthly debt service.

Not your grandparents’ reverse mortgage! Today’s restructured reverse mortgage offers protections for our clients and their heirs. Eliminating your monthly principal and interest payment can increase monthly disposable income. Depending on your equity, today’s reverse mortgage can also be used to eliminate both installment and revolving debt, resulting in an increase to your monthly cash flow. And if your home currently has no mortgage, a reverse mortgage can be used to create a stream of monthly cash flow. There are two very important benefits with today’s reverse mortgages: (1) You don’t lose your home if one or both of you die. (2) If, upon the death of the remaining spouse, the value of the home is upside-down (as was common during the 2008 financial crisis), your beneficiaries are not liable for that difference. This means that the reverse mortgage is a Non-Recourse Mortgage!
